    Hello all - just wondering if anyone can advise if it is both safe and effective to use the genuine bb z/q10 charger with the bb passport?

    Won't be a problem. I've been using the PlayBook charger with my Passport.

    Me too. Also use my Q10's charger at work on my Passport. No issues

    Heck, I'm still using my 9700 charger on my 9900, Q10, and Z10 lol It's too much of a hassle to keep plugging in new crap when the old crap still works. And also the cords are shorter now verses back then.

    Im using my 9780 charger for my passport, I rather charge my cells phones slower rather then a rapid charge!
