If these two options were available for thr passport, that would be a killer feature for me.

I work in the field as an IT tech and often need to connect to equipment such ad routers and modems. With the browser and a USB ethernet adaptor, I could conect to a wrb interface and with a serial adaptor and a terminal app, it would be a great product for a lot of people. It's a niche, I know but it could lead to sales of a million or so extra phones.

A bluetooth version might work as well. I was working with a storage vendor and they had that setup when configuring their storage array.

I thought about bluetooth. If that was available then I could use my z10. I actually did use my z10 recently to configure a DSL modem. Since I had to disable wifi, I had to make sure I had everything correct before I finished but it did work.
