Has anyone used the USAA mobile app on a passport? I know it is available in the Amazon App Store; I am just curious as to what your experience with it has been.

Using USAA Mobile app on my Passport for the last 5 months. Full functionality, no issues, updates regularly. Downloaded it from 1Mobile Market though, not from Amazon App Store. No particular reason, just found it there first. Never looked for it on Amazon.

Best bet is to run away from USAA. I was a member for 20+ years, and I finally figured out I had been getting screwed for 20 years.

Their services are far overpriced. Take your pick of anything they offer, and you can get better deals with equivalent quality/reliability from other companies. They smooze you with the patriotic "there for you" military marketing, but they're a bloated corporate entity who overcharge for everything. I've easily found better deals on home loans, car loans, banking, insurance, etc... I have five career Army officers in my extended family, including me, and everyone of us have dropped USAA

Look into the Navy Federal Credit Union as an alternative. It's open to all branches. Much better to do business with them.
