    Hi,
I bought a BB Passport about 1 year ago. This last days it has started to drain very fast: from easily over a day to way less than a day if I don't charge it from time to time, even with limited usage.
It is normal that this happens after just a year?
If yes, should I replace the battery, and if so with what battery/cost?
If not, should I recalibrate it? waiting for 10% or for 0%? (as a reminder, the battery is 1+ year old, not new).
Much thanks in advance for your early help on that, I am in a country w/o BB reseller and I will need to travel in a few days for over a week with a BB Passport in excellent condition!

Try to reinstall the OS or update to the latest with autoloader and see it adjusts within 3 days or so. It should be normal again after 3 days.
In terms of battery replace, I don't seem to be able to find a seller through Google, but you can try this one:

    Good luck, ya.

If you have recently updated your OS it may need a few days to sync and index....wait as suggested to see if things improve...if not reload OS with BBLINK or autoloader.

Check for any system intensive apps or Android installs...I often find them to be battery drains.
