Some apps and games from BBWORLD like Bgshell aren't available on Passport (It seems on phones like q10, q5 and Classic too). Is there a way to get them?

Hmm ... do you have any of the supported phones? Perhaps download them onto the supported phone and then do a backup. Then restore it on the Passport. The issue with this is that you won't be able to update it on the Passport when new versions come out. If it is a game that has minimal updates (stable) and you are fine with this method, I would give it a try.
