Just wanted to throw this out there as I know many are patiently waiting for official OS. I have a red Passport from shopblackberry that never had a SIM in it, just used as a WiFi device and a black Passport from shopblackberry with AT&T.

Just did a software update check and the red has the update (been there all day), but nothing still on the black with AT&T SIM. Not sure if the SIM makes a difference, but thought it was interesting. Not sure how updates are pushed out. If by serial number the black should have been first, if by region I would think both would have it.

Haven't downloaded the update yet and probably won't for a bit. Might purchase a spare Z30 while on sale and I'll update all at the same time. Anyway, just figured I'd throw that out there.

I got my blackberry through amazon. With my ATT sim, I just got the update OTA. 1.5 gigs

Shut down your device, remove sim for ten seconds then put it back,boot the phone and check for update.

I'm not too concerned or in a rush to update as we are already on 10.3, but just thought I'd share my experience with the two Passports.

The red one from Amazon got the update Thursday afternoon, T-Mobile sim in.

The black one I got from Shop BlackBerry hasn't gotten it yet, with WiFi or sim... and it's now 1:39:28 AM on Friday morning.

I don't get it..

I just received mine yesterday and have yet to receive an update. It's probably a trickle as opposed to BlackBerry opening the flood gates for the updates.

I have not gotten eh update yet either I bought from shopbb for use on tmo. A friend of mine recently got a passport the same way, his being newer just got the update. Meanwhile I'm still waiting. Lol

I'm starting to think the newer the device the quicker you get the update.

I have two phones, both bought from Amazon. The one with an AT&T sim has the update, the one with a T-mobile sim does not. Guess I'll use Sachesi for that phone.
Has anyone using TMO gotten the update?

Those of you who did receive the updates on your Passport, what version did you receive? I am seeing conflicting versions being reported. Some are getting 10.3.1.1565 and others sat 10.3.1.1581?

Since it hadn't appeared by Friday afternoon on my ShopBlackBerry Passport (either through Rogers or BlackBerry) I decided to load PassportSQW100-1/10.3.1.2267 through Sachesi. Real simple, no lengthy backup, just get the links download and install in a few easy steps. It took a little over half an hour all told.

Just thought I'd share that I have the OTA update for both as of earlier today. Still haven't updated though. I believe someone asked for location; northeast US... both shopblackberry Passports with WiFi red first to get now black on AT&T has it available.

Nothing OTA on the Z series for me yet. Still contemplating getting a new Z30 at the discounted price. Haven't tried Link for any, just going by OTA. Just an update to my original post.

I got mine from shopbb with att sim got the update at 9am central time today.

What is that?! That my friend is my BlackBerry Passport.
