Plenty of websites out there that should unlock it, have u tried a google search?? Or try your high st mobile phone shops that do unlocking.

Well it's true there are plenty of websites that offer this (although, not that much for the passport + uk unlock) thing is i don't know which are more reliable :S
As per vodafone business it's already unlocked

You can do it through Vodafone, it cost 19.99 pounds.

All you need is pay as you go sim with 19.99 credit on it, CREDIT, no freebes or any other crap. Rest of this process you can do through Vodafone site.
