I installed Mint (the financial aggregating software from Intuit) and decided to uninstall it. First I did it from within the Amazon app store. When I went to my desktop, the Mint icon was still there so I uninstalled through the device manager (long press & delete). This removed the icon but when I launched Amazon app store, Mint installed itself again automatically and asked me to lg in with my un and pw. Strange thing it, it still showed as uninstalled in the device manager and the icon wasn't on my desktop. Mint is now listed as an installed app in Amazon app store and will launch if I tap it but does not show up on my desktop or in device manager after rebooting. Additionally, Amazon app store no longer gives me the option to uninstall it (or reinstall as its already installed - I figured I could try to install again and uninstall another way). Is there any way to remove it from my installed apps list in the Amazon app store and get it off my phone?

Figured it out. Amazon store apparently doesn't refresh after you uninstall. You have to hit the refresh button and the app goes away. Terrible software.
