Not sure if this is problem with BlackBerry 10 or with sensors of my phone, but I cannot immediately disconnect the call as screen goes black and then have to swipe up to see the screen to disconnect but then sensor suddenly wakes up and it does opposite i.e. again makes screen go black. This is the only annoying thing I find about BlackBerry 10.
Is there any setting or shortcut to disconnect call immediately or address this issue?

Increase screen time-out time. Only the Classic can end a call immediately.

Thanks mate, but screen timeout is already set to 30 seconds
My problem is, as soon as I am done speaking on phone and take it away from ear, the screen flashes for a second and again the screen blacks out. That irritates

Mime works fine, as long as I remove it from my ear, screen lights up. Do the sensor check with bb virtual expert app.
