    Deleted emails, cleared cache and junk. To no avail. Pictures moved to SD card. Still not enough space to install Spotify for example. Thanks for your help. BM

    I think you need to increase "free" storage. You can accomplish that by temporarily uninstalling some apps.

    Do you have other android apps installed? Check the "Android" folder in the file manager and clear out some cached files. For some reason, it stores a whole heap of useless mess in there.

    32 GB of storage and your Passport does not have enough space to do an install! It would be useful to post a screen shot of your usage for someone to help you.
