X2 I just type away at the keyboard. I can type mostly without looking at it and just glance down at it for finger on key reference only. If there is a long complicated word or unsure of spelling then I will use the predictive text.
Not really critical but really nice to have.
I could use it more often than if I train myself better. But when I type I just go go go without thinking and let the combination of my skills and auto-correct do the magic

By far the best typing experience after my Z30 (Z10 was good but the small screen kind made it a little difficult at time).
It took me a day to get use to typing and about 2 to 3 days to complete use the on screen keys along with swipe and erase.
Now I'm flickity flick type swiping mails and texts...
I'm enjoying my Passport and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an awesome typing experience that comes along with brilliant device.

I have a question for Passport users, is there any copy/paste function using the capacitive keyboard?

if you mean can you select text, yes.

Trick is to get so good that you don't need to look at the keyboard when you type, then you can watch the word choice as they appear :)

I'm going back and forth between my Passport and my new Classic.
The BIGGEST thing I really enjoy about the Toolbelt is the significantly easier approach to selecting text with a shift key and the track pad. Wow, I've used it to copy and past a few times and I'm happy just like with my Bold 9930.
Also, being able to press the menu button to get Copy or Paste as a menu choice is so much better than pressing and holding, hoping to get the little copy/paste thing to pop up.
The problem is that I keep trying to scroll or flick up to select words - on the Classic keyboard.
So - the Classic wins for text manipulation, but the Passport wins for most everything else.
A real keyboard on the Passport would almost make it perfect.
I actually use the flick typing quite a bit. Maybe I use a lot of long words, but I absolutely love the combination.
I work in an industry where we use lots of acronyms, so tend to use the flicking quite a bit to avoid having to capitalize each letter etc.
