Since I upgraded to 10.3.3.. TuneIn downloaded through Amazon store doesn't want to play anymore. Firstly,phone do heat up at once while trying and secondly this message appears as attached.
I don't have any Google play store / Cobalt installed on my passport. Phone do works flawlessly since March 2015,this is first time experiencing some kind of issue.
Any suggestions??

I was not able to do anything with given options.The only file I downloaded was apk4you and once trying to install it I got this msg as seen in attachment. Fyi I don't have installed anything like cobalt/google play store if matters.

I would never ask for option if TuneIn is available in BlackBerry world.

I can't find it in BlackBerry world. So many times I enter that app in search bar,never showed up.

That's strange the only thing I can think of is you can't get it in the city you are in. Try to contact tunein directly and see if they can help you.

I'm sorry to hear that. I checked the website they provided you and it is still showing BlackBerry. When I click on it it takes me to BlackBerry app world. Perhaps it has to do with the 10.33 update I am still using 10.32 and it's available and working on my phone. Best of luck.

It has to do to how long TuneIn hasn't been updated in BBWorld. They didn't bother to test and add Passport as an eligible phone. There are more apps like this that show up for older phones but not for Passport.

It seems that it is not supported for the passport. Your best option would be to find an alternate app.
