New passport user here! I've been on a z10 on Verizon for the last 2 years. I just received my AT&T Passport and I'm ready to get started!

What is the recommended way of transferring all of my files, texts, pictures, music, contacts, etc from my z10 (running 10.2) to my new Passport?

    Thank you for your assistance!

There's an app in BlackBerry World called "Device switch" which will transfer some things from your old phone to your new one. A more effective method would be to use link and use the "switch devices" button under "home. Hope I helped
Edit- this link should give you all the info you need. http://docs.blackberry.com/en/smartp...7530694341.jsp

I wasnt able to get the device switch app to work however link was flawless. All folders, music, calendar, contacts, and apps switched over without issue.

I went from Z-10 to Passport .......... used device switch to transfer with no problem.

I only used device switch to transfer local contacts = all of my contacts. I have all music, photos, etc on SD Card. Calendar info came in with email account.
