    Hey all,

    Updated my OS and Blackberry Link/Blend the other day at which point my blackberry died. After messing around with it - trying to reload and change the OS version, default and newest & spending tons of time with tech support I managed to break down the issue a fair bit on my own.

    My Blackberry is unresponsive unless I apply pressure to the screen, after a delayed response the screen lights up and as long as I maintain that pressure I can use the other areas of the touch screen and everything works as it did before.

    New to me is while I have Blackberry Blend running on my laptop I can receive all the notification noises on my phone but it doesn't change my screen situation.

    Its a really odd situation I think. Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas how to fix it?

    Sounds like electrical connection to the screen has gotten loose. Is it still under warranty?

    No, Warranty expired 2 weeks ago. Anything you can link me too that might help me correct it?
