Yesterday before getting in the car I was sending a text and realized that the keys have gotten a lot easier to type on.

However when I sat in the car and typed a response, the keys felt stiff again.

    So what gives?

I then realized that when STANDING, the phone is at a different angle than when SITTING.

So I tried TILTING the phone a bit forward so that it is more horizontal and the keys are buttery soft and a pure pleasure to type on.

I guess that with larger keys, the angle makes more of an impact.

Just wanted to share this TIP (pun intended) because it made a HUGE difference for me.

I don't notice a difference between tilting forward or backwards...the keys feel all the same to me.

Getting so fast now on this keyboard the more I use it...typing is a joy on this now.

I will add something to the OP's discovery.

In fact he is right but to be more precise :
when you are holding the phone with your two hands, your two little fingers should not be touching the back of the Passport, they should slide midway under the bottom part of the phone and hold it in the same time while forming a triangle.

I know I know a bit technical, but it does make a difference for me
