I did contact her, she said she would get it sorted and get me one shipped out. That was last week and haven't heard from her since. So I ended up buying one from Kijiji since I had to give my loaner phone back to my cousin.

I purchased my Passport online, I didn't get a confirmation from digital river. I checked my shipping status which said the other package didn't exist, I went home and it was there waiting for me to my surprise it only took one day.

Yes, even though " International Express" was supposed to be 5-6 business days, ShopBlackBerry shipped from Indianapolis within 3 days of ordering (UPS pick-up), and then overnight delivery. I wasn't home but they attempted delivery again the next day.

Other ShopBlackBerry order handling and delivery times/targets:
US Domestic ground = 5-6 business days
US Domestic express = 2-3 business days
