Skype works like it should on BlackBerry 10. The app in general sucks. It works the same crappy way on any Android device.

The key thing for BlackBerry 10 is to remember to sign out after each use.

LINE works great on my Passport. I use it along with BBM. Notifications work without any issues.

I use Viber, Skype, iGrann on my Z10 & they all work alright. I find the Viber wifi call quality better than Skype & the iGrann is fine for my needs. Also both Twitter & Neatly work fine for me. Rocking 24-7 with my Z10 & 16GB PlayBook

Not all. IMO, LINE is good. You shoud try it. Inside LINE, there are LINE camera, LINE online games, etc. The only weakness is that LINE still need phone number as identification.

I guess it's about RAM and processor issue.
Since passport has huge amount of RAM and great processor.

Do NOT try and load apps directly from the Google Play store using the web interface. You would at a minimum use Snap for Google Play downloads, Amazon app for Amazon store, etc. The error you mention is because you have no Android Device registered to the Play Store account, at least none that use Google Play/Push services.
