To all of those users who have posted helpful tips and reviews, I wish to thank you. I was not sure whether to get a Passport as they do not sell them where I live. After reading the many positive posts I decided to throw caution to the wind and ordered one from Sydney . I am so impressed with this device. I have been a very loyal iPhone user since they were introduced in Australia. Through the years I have also used the LG G2, various Samsungs and Nokias. I did try a Blackberry but that was before they had active sync, so workwise nothing could sync properly. I have an iPhone 6 and a Note 4 and can say that the Passport far surpasses those devices. One can always use an iPad for play but a good PHONE which can be used to ACTUALLY work on is hard to find these days. Well done to Blackberry and their loyal supporters who have ensured that this amazing phone is now in my hands.

I'll second the OP. I used BlackBerry for years until retiring the curve and going iPhone. I made the switch back with the PP, and I'm very appreciative of all the use tips by those in the know!

Great welcome aboard. It's good that you could filter out all those horror stories that the forums are full of. It is a beautiful device full of tricks and surprises that you will discover in time (and love even more). Peace.

Everyone keeps asking me about this phone and they want one... need I say more. I think if you have used a lot of phones and switched around a lot you appreciate the blackberry passport more. The haters will always hate...

BlackBerry should pay you to use it in their ads.

There are some extremely helpful and knowledgeable folks here on CrackBerry. The information on the various forums led to our Z30's and more recently Passport purchase. My thanks as well to all the constructive, helpful people.
