I noticed that ever since I bought my Passport months ago, a lot of text messages that I have get deleted without me deleting them! I have no idea why this is happening but I know that when I had the Z10 and Q10, text messages didn't get deleted by themselves. Any idea on how to fix this issue? Thanks!
It may be due to the new triage mode. In the hub, there's an icon in the top right icon with lines and a check mark that brings the option to delete for every message. I used to have triage open all the time until I noticed I would accidentally delete messages while scrolling or something.

yes this has happen to me multiple times. and is due to the stupid triage mode button that i be pressing while i have my phone in my coat pocket

It's pretty brutal! I lose a lot of important messages!
