seems like bb 10.3 has temperature issue than 10.2 i have q10 and q30. my q10 was 10.2 and i updated that to 10.3 now its temperature goes up while using net through wifi, or running some apps on device, but it wasnt there when it was ran on 10.2. my passport also have that issue its getting hot during call, browsing and app running, mostly top right corner of the device getting this.

Yup it is happening to my Passport as well, when it got heated up bad enough, my keyboard would be completely screwed, pressing a key will result in a string of characters.

Have to let the phone cool down and everything will be back to normal.

And worst case, it will eat up my battery juice. I recalled when my Passport is operating cooler, battery life is good. But nowadays, with heated up Passport, battery life suck!

My Passport runs pretty hot when I use it for surfing the Web for periods over 10 minutes, also if I'm using Waze gets pretty hot too.

seems that all the passport having this issue, its really terrible that 600 usd unit have such issue. also some regular android cant run on this device. grow up BB. we cant help u buying this kind of fault devices for decades, u should provide a decent device for the money u get from us.
