This might matter to some that are careful about their phone's RF radiation

These values are for the US SAR (W/kg) for 1 g(FCC/IC)

    BlackBerry Passport SQW100-3 smartphone (model number RGV161LW) ------ 1.35

    OP, source?

according to pdadb.net for the SQW100-3, the head SAR is 0.634 W/kg
    body SAR at 0.877 W/kg

though pdadb.net isn't that reliable.. so... OP, please post the source

Source where I saw the exact same info was the safety paperwork bundled with the att and shopbb passports.

My theory is that it's those rounded corners. It allows all that radiation to race around the edge of the phone like the Daytona 500 rather than crash into the corner of a square

Check this out BioInitiative Report: A Rationale for a Biologically-based Public Exposure Standard for Electromagnetic Fields (ELF and RF) for their recommended levels of RF radiation

I turned off bunch of useful features on my phone after performing a network monitor of wifi data.
