    FWIW, I suspect it's the 'BlackBerry release" rather than the TMO release. The Passport doesn't exist as an 'officially supported' TMO device - so I'd expect your device is 'factory unlocked' and your region just got the push.

    I'm also on TMO with a 'factory unlocked Passport, and got that release a week or 2 ago. No 10.3.x.yyyy has shown up for the TMO-branded Z10 we have in the family. Unless and until TMO decides to support the Passport as an 'official' device, the TMO WiFi calling will stay MIA on the Passport...

    The update I got came through the T-Mo phone system as I had Wifi turned off.
