Will the AT&T Passport have the same model number as the one released globally by BlackBerry?

It looks nice. I'm actually completely neutral to which one I prefer - this design or the original.

I do think that it's a bit week that they put a piece of paper with a picture of the Passport on the top of the actual device. It was a great feeling seeing it in all its glory for the first time when you open the lid off the box. Oh well... I'm in Canada, this might be the closest I ever get to one of this version anyway.

I'm salivating...definitely getting this on Friday!
I love my Passport, but this looks more balanced. I wish they had given more chin space on the square original.

As weird as the original Passport looks, the design grew on me and I love it... And now it has somehow made the AT&T version look weirder.

I hope people buy it though.. No such thing as too many BlackBerrys, especially here in the States.

I still prefer the original edgy design of Passport to this rounded one. Strange thing, but before I actually got my Passport I really wanted it to have rounded corners. But now I'm loving its unique squarish design.

Your posts about the redesign are so similar that I'm starting to wonder if you're using a template lol.

Using a template would take all the fun out of typing on the Passport.

Doing round corners in passport is to give the people what they want, although in my opinion original passport look better. The original passport is designed by having the aim to make something unique and to look great in same time.

Great find. I'm not picky about the rounded corners or the "original," so I don't have anything bad to say about what AT&T has done. Hopefully, the accessories aren't crap and we get them at the release.

Interesting video. IMHO the AT&T design seems more user friendly in terms of keyboard reach ability of fingers.
But looks wise original one is better.

Anyways it's availability will be limited to US of A, hence it's only a 'point to ponder' for rest of the world.

After watching the video, I love my squarish passport more.

Its all about personal preference, you like the rounded edges then you like it.

The pointy edge Passport is more eye catching and stands out well, my opinion.

Congrats to all AT&T customers who will get their Passport soon

    I want this.
The rounded corners will help getting it in & out from jeans pockets more easily.
Or at least this is the justification that I made up for buying one...
Now all I need is an international version.
