    I don't think you understand his problem.

    The 'System' memory is full. These are OS related files not apps, photos, or user-added files. So what you suggest, if it were possible to do, wouldn't solve his issue anyway.

    As far as I am aware this isn't possible on BB10?
    You can get manifests, settings, some system files and launch the android 4.3 on the BB10 with a launcher or ghost commander, only droid app I use. Why just let that runtime sit there, get it to help out. Lets you use the Android browser, calculator, contacts, and settings, dev. Any deeper I think you will need shockwave.

    Same thing had happened to my passport. So I tried on File manager to shift everything to SD. But after moving it also, it didn't help much. Hence I wiped it off, and it's normal again. Well, really don't know the reason for that
