    Hello,
I know this has been quite an issue for people and I searched through all through all threads without finding a solution.
First of all I can't wipe my device at the moment because I'm travelling, have no computer and no backup possibility.
CCLEANER doesn't help me as well.
I removed the sdcard and simcard and searched with TotalCommander for files bigger than 1MB but couldn't find anything useful.
I removed most of the Android apps but not all.
Any other idea I could try with just the device?
    Thanks a lot!

    Just another interesting thing :

Searched with Total Commander for all (*) files in root directory. It found 105955 files and 11338 folder. Selected all results in a total size of 12.0G (skipped proc, dev, sys).

Maybe adjust the length of the "sync" with your accounts (email).

Check the download folder for APK installation files you "might" not need anymore.

Know it's doubtful at this point, but any Movies that might have been download by BlackBerry World (those use to take up a lot of space).

Unfortunately, the successful resolutions to your question seem to involve "wiping your device" so asking once more isn't changing the answer.

Perhaps, if you call BB tech support, another serious alternative specific to your device for a small charge might be available.

I'm saying this as serious response as risky to lose all your information while on the road.

I would just wipe the device.
OS can go wrong regardless of which OS.

Thank you very much for all your answers.

I thought about the email sync as well because I've set it to the max of 90 days. But still it can't be that much space.
    Checked already APK's and movies.

As I said wiping the device is not my first choice at the moment but since I'm on the road for longer I might have to consider.
That would be the security wipe under security and privacy? Is the SD card effected too? The most important things are the data on the card and my emails. But Emails are going to be synced after setting up all my accounts isn't it? Password Keeper is also important since I've stored everything there...

OMG, I've never seen System that high before. That number should be between 3 and 6.

You must have had a couple of OTA updates that went horribly wrong.

You have absolutely no choice but to do a security wipe or run an autoloader. Preferably the latter.

That would mean I need a computer isn't it?
Than I have to go through the security wipe.
    Damn anyway...

Download to PC, unzip it, plug in your phone, and run the autoloader. Done.

Device will be completely wiped in the process.

Security Wipe can be done without a computer.... if it works, which isn't a guarantee.

Autoloader is what I'd do, but it does take a PC.

SD Card shouldn't be affected, as long as it's not encrypted. (if encrypted you don't want to wipe or reinstall the OS until you backup that data).

Use the Export function on Password Keeper and save it to the SD - or even to a cloud location too.

Email and associated contacts should sync if they are accounts that sync between all your devices.

    Thank you very much again.
The filescan couldn't find anything suspicious like duplicates, thumbnails, large files etc.

I try to run the autoloader on some PC at an Internet café, but have to deal with the current situation for some days still.

In answer to your actual question, no. You need to use a PC.

Thank you m3ach, the only useful answer...

And in which thread can I always find the newest firmware autoloader for the Passport (I have the AT&T Version) ? There seems to be so much different so I'm unsure.

Do not worry, you do not need to delete anything. Simply transfer some apps and files from the internal storage to the SD card.

To do this, of course, your phone or tablet must support external memory. If this condition is met, you only have to make sure you are using the Android Lollipop operating system. Then, with the steps listed below, you can easily move files and applications to the SD card to free up internal storage.

Click the Settings icon at the bottom of your Android device's title screen.
Err... you do realise this is a BB10 OS phone?

As far as I am aware this isn't possible on BB10?
