    Happened to me too; the fix was to reload the OS a couple times. Do not know why, but I would assume overcharging causes a glitch in the battery control routine. The graph shows the phone was plugged in for hours.

    101% system is the prolem. Something is running away in the background. A hard reset should fix it (unless your OS is borked). Press and hold the power button till the phone goes off, the starts up again (when the blackberry logo appears again).
