    I had been successfully syncing my Passport and previous Z10 & Z30 but now getting the unsuccessful message. Updated (automatically and manually) the latest 10 os and run resolution two as recommended for Cause 2 numerous times. No success. Where to next?

    I sync my BB via Blackberry Link via usb cable. Resolved the problem eventually by completely removing Link & Blend from the PC, running CCleaner three times (registry and cleaner) and factory reset the Passport. Then went onto Command Prompt (Admin) and re-registered (Regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\XCPCSync.OEM\SyncSDK.209.604\Translators\MSO L\XCPCRdmptn.dll). It did take three attempts to be successful but all is well now.
