    What are the pros and cons guys? im planning to buy a brand new passport black just got my SE thismay steal deal in almost mint at around 255 USD planning to sell this .. got a pretty bad memory on that day that I got this sweet deal

    He means that the device reminds him of a bad day happened to him so he wants to have a different passport so he won't remember that day.

    There are no pros n cons really, it just comes down to a matter of personal preference, since the differences are basically cosmetic and ergonomic changes. Everything under the hood, remains the same (except for the placement of the antenna). Some like the SE better and some (including me) prefer the Black.

    So it's up to you. Go with the one you like best.
