    Connect to a PC using the usb. Download first the "blackberry link" softw in ur pc, and with the phone and pc connected do a software update in blackberry link.

    Looks like you will remain on this OS unless you update it yourself. .2474 is fairly old so I doubt you will be seeing anything from your provider.
