Any passport users in North America with factory unlocked shopblackberry.com handsets that are still showing 10.3.2 as up to date?

I've got 2 Passports, one with UK sim card, second with foreign sim and a Classic currently without sim card. All phones unlocked and bought directly from BlackBerry. All of them saying 10.3.2 I the latest software.
I don't get it. Once the 10.3.3 was released and is "in the air", shouldn't phones once connected via WiFi to BlackBerry servers recognise it and download it?

Yeah, I don't get it either, particularly since mine updated to 10.3.3 and again to 10.3.3.1435 over the past two weeks. Both of us have factory unlocked passports, both are on tmobile, on the same shared plan no less.

I dont feel that I am stuck on PassportSQW100-4/10.3.2.2876.
It works flawless for me and I dont mind to wait until some of the initially reported issues with 10.3.3 got resolved.

I am just curious why it won't update. I had a theory that Blackberry had stopped pushing the 10.3.3 when some of the issues with the original release were reported, but after .1435 I would have guessed that the updates would have resumed.

I think there are still some issues that have to be resolved before non-ShopBlackBerry devices will get 10.3.3.

    No big issues AFAIK

Had very similar issues and, for the record, I still do for latest update!

I got my passport through shopbb (canada) and i'm using it on Rogers. Couldn't get the update. I backed up everything with Link (that in itself took a while to get to work as I hadn't done incremental backups!), then security wipe. On reboot, my passport found the 10.3.3 update and installed it flawlessly. Then I restored my backup.

Nicer experience since then, device is snappier.

But it can't find the latest update. Blah. I guess I'll need to perform that security wipe again, but I'll wait a bit in case another update is released; seems some people have some issues with new update.

    Hope this helps!

It does...and it doesn't...I don't know that I want to security wipe the wife's device with the random hope that it will find the update.

I might try a Sim pull though.

Well, trying a hard reset with the sim pulled didn't accomplish anything, neither did reinstalling the sim. Hooked it up to the computer, fired up blackberry link, and asked it to search for updates..it came back with the 10.3.2 is the latest software.

Still not ready to do a security wipe to see if that triggers the update.

10.3.3 is a minor update at best. Be thankful you have a working device

Why do a factory reset for an update when you can do it with Sachesi and Blitz without losing your data ?

The point is that these are factory unlocked phones that should be getting OTA updates, not carrier unlocked devices for which you either have to wait for the carrier to push them or use an auto loaded/sachesi.
