    we're half way through August already and still no 10.3.2 for me I bought my Passport from the UAE but I'm currently in Malaysia.

    Same here just bought a Passport from AXIOM Dubai and it just update to the same OS as you not 10.3.2

    What does 10.3.2 bring in anyway?

    Is it? Not available through carrier download in Europe. This is the type of issue that is driving customers away from BlackBerry. Apple would never have this issue so maybe John Chen could wake up and fix this problem?

    Apple doesn't have this issue because they bypass carriers period. Updates can come much faster.

    10.3.2 isn't available in Europe because of some issue with 3G and so it is estimated to be available around september/october time. My sources are from someone on Crackberry who has previously tried to find out what the delay was with the release of 10.3.2

    Then CB knows it better than TMO who says it has released the approval documents for the update weeks ago. They are now trying to found out why nobody has gotten the update.....

    Sorry, but what does it matter who knows it better? It's just not officially released (read the so many posts and threads) in the EU and most other countries outside the EU. 'And that TMO figuring out why "nobody" not got the update ...' Have you any sources or prove of this other than what they said?
