Warning when the Passport shows up, make sure you have your environment ready for the party. This was a flawless att setup and I have not seen a hint of a problem yet. It has 10.3.1.1372 in it and this is a really fast phone. I really don't mind the speed difference against the Z30. Z30 is a fast and kick *** phone too. I knew I would love the touch sensitive keyboard. That is amazing and look forward to the new features like pinch to zoom on the keyboard...WOW. Mind Blown up here a few times.

I want to see those ALL HDMI and media features that the Z30 has into new BB devices. I still need to test for myself and make sure experience is the same.

My next steps are looking into what I have to do to use both phones sometimes and what to do about software updates.

Passport supports miricast (wirelessly push screen, video to tv), and hdmi output. On the Z30, there were 2 separate ports- 1 for USB and 1 for microHDMI out. The Passport uses a single 'slimport', which combines the two. You'll simply need a new cable. No loss of functionality and the Passport has faster processor and bigger specs across the board.

Right and I will get a new cable, its the screen ratio problems and other technical things about the video on the 16.9 displays. Its looks like I didnt read enough in this thread. http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...evice-1019606/ I need to connect it to the TV and try it for myself. In the Z30 thread there seems to be confusion over the differences of Z30 and Passport tv out experience.

Well unfortunately you need to 'play on' to get it in full screen mode on the tv. And for some reason not a single youtube app can do this, but the mobile site can except it plays everything at a crap resolution...

Yeah, why doest FastTube or SuperTube support this? So annoying.
