Is there à possibility to force à Blackbberry passport to upgrade the software through Blackberry server. And when the phones search for an update the message is that the phone(s) are on the latest version.

Both my Passports are still on à 2474 leven. This gives problems with websites. And there are never OS versions for the Passport!

No i'am not going to use the autolader option.

Force it... no. If it hasn't updated at this point, it's not going to. Could try removing the SIM and rebooting a few times, but if it's a carrier locked phone and that carrier isn't approving the update... not much you can do.

Autoloader is actually pretty easy to use... were even some YouTube walk-thrus at one time.

the are not carrier locked Passports. in the Netherlands updates of the OS are not supplied or even approved through or by the carrier.

the strange thing is that's the Z10 and the z30 of my girlfriend have alle been updates, but alle my phones ( Z10 + 2*Passport) have not).

Others have had issues with unlocked phones not being updated....

Your option is:

Try the SIM removal.
Try swapping SIMs with your GF.
Try checking with you Mobile Radio off and only on Wifi
Try a security wipe, with SIM removed, and then check for an update.
Live with it as is
Install using Autoloader or Sachesi.
