Just had my PP two months ago coming from Q10 and Classic. PP keyboard just feels too stiff and you need to press harder to register keys. It makes my thumbs sore. Does your PP feels the same?

Yes, a newer Passport is like that.
    Two things will eventually happen.
    1) you'll build the muscle up in your thumbs, and have strong thumbs. Lol
    2) they keys do eventually get work in a bit and a little easier to type on.

I'm having cracking keys. This is my third passport to date. Currently sorting it with head office, they keep sending me bullsh*t used phones, where they're all defective - same problem

    Cracking keys?
    Like literally split apart?

I got used to keyboard pretty fast. Keys seemed harder to press than classic.

No, they feel like they're cracking under pressure. Press halfway, and get a cracking sound/feel with no input. Half press on the right side of certain keys, the keys tilt, without input. It feels loose!

    Makes sense?

Sure the keys are a little stiff at first, but give it some time and you will adapt eventually.

I recommend to start playing the guitar, THEN finger-tips get sore ;-))
    [only for a while though]

They'll become a little less stiff once you've used them a bit. Mine feel pretty good these days and I've had my BlackBerry Passport quite some time now, but do remember thinking the same originally.
