Anyone find over a period of weeks their once silent and smooth functioning up volume key now clicks when touched lightly?

It's supposed to wiggle but not it has a strange click issue. It's somewhat intermittent depending on how hot the unit got.

The volume key still functions but I'm worried this will degenerate to failure shortly.

My year warranty will expire in November so I want to adress it.

Anyone know what the contact info is for Digital River?

For the record, this unit now was an advance replacement for the double type issue. Other than the volume key, the phone is pretty good.

Mine is this way too. I doubt it will fail. Worst case scenario after a while it just loses its 'clickyness' but I'm just speculating.

    Thanks Mad Max

Maybe it's best to leave it alone and use the phone til it dies.

Probably not worth my time and hassle to chase for a replacement.

Yes well if it's not 'clickly' anymore, I would probably ask for a replacement...

My warranty runs our mid November so I called it in, had to argue my case and finally got an RMA for an advance replacement device.

This will be my third in a year.

It will also be my last as the warranty will be over by the time I experience my next issue
