Is there any setting (hidden) to set the network setting to 4G only not 3G/4G..??

IF it's there, it would be under Settings>Networks and Connections>Mobile Network>Network Mode. The options you'll see are controlled by your SIM/carrier.

The AT&T version has the setting removed for some dumb reason. I don't if its that way on other models but I can't change mine from LTE.

Right. AT&T does that to its phones. If you were to take your AT&T SIM card out, you'll see more options. But they'll go away once the AT&T SIM is back in.

I think I am stuck with 3G/4G option...cant go to just 4G.

I've always found that a bit ridiculous, but I can't really switch carriers. They have me for the time being whether I like it or not.

Doing a phone call changes 4G to 3G, I think is a limitation of LTE, maybe for this reason there is not an option for 4G only.

yeah, until now the VoLTE hasn't been commercialised therefore whenever we receive calls, LTE will lash back to 4G (H+) or 3G (depending on the network condition).
