First try the reload option on link.
Then try factory reset after that if reload doesn't work.

I think he meant to use the Blackberry Link software on a computer to reload your software on your phone. You can get the software on blackberry.com. Good luck!

Plugging in the device to a computer should also automatically prompt to install it.

How is your device memory? A lot of space left. If not, clean up your device. Move everything that is possible to your sd memory.

Time to do a backup and reset device back to factory! I've noticed with the PP that over time all those apps you install may corrupt the os. It's normal and you should do one about once a year with heavy usage!

It will make it run better, smoother, and faster!

Not sure what people use their friggin phones for, but I have had literally zero issues with my Passport since I got it. It's practically a perfect phone. Best device I've ever owned hands down.

thats what im saying wtf can you possibly have and do to the phone that it freezes and lags the damn thing has 3gb of ram

I don't think it's a ram issue, probably filled the 32gb up. Buy an SD card and move stuff over or onto a PC.

I'm assuming you're new here. If you need straight-to-the-point help, follow this quick guide:

    1) delete all unnecessary content on your phone, e.g. android/ infrequently used apps, music, etc (it's better to use an SD to store these in future)

    2) perform a hard reset. Hold down both the volume up and down keys at the same time until the screen goes black, the LED glows red, and the BlackBerry logo appears on the screen, then release. Allow about 5 minutes for your device to reboot.

    3) backup your stuff. Connect your phone to your PC, start up BlackBerry Link software, do a full backup.

    4) install 10.3.2.2339. Judging by the sluggishness of your phone I recommend doing an autoloader, which wipes all data off your device and starts you fresh.

My very first Passport was defective. But it was misbehaving from jump- it did not start acting up over time... I had to get it replaced, the replacement was 100% better, no issues at all. I am sorry for your frustrations, see if you can get it replaced, if it is still under warranty.
