    i tried reloading autoloader SQW 100-1 from https://developer.blackberry.com/blackberry10devalphas/allautoloaders.html on blackberry passport. when is done it shows a logo of blackberry and it gets stuck there until the battery level runs out. CAN someone help me with latetst OS link with the methods of how reload it. please help me.

    Download to your PC, unzip the file then plug your Passport in and run the file. All will be wiped in the process.
