Hey I don't know if anyone else is having the same problem but my spotify volume is very low even on the highest level. Media player has nearly the double volume on max. Solutions?

Yeah I have the same issue, so I deleted it and use it on my iPad.

Works fantastic for me. Did you download the Amazon app store or Google Play version?

I'm running the Google Play version. You can always go into Android app settings and clear the app's data/cache. Seems to fix some issues sometimes as well.

I had the amazon app but after updating the shop app I can't install apps anymore. The install button has no label after downloading and even deleting all local files from the store app doesn't help. So I switched to the snap version. I will try clearing the cache. Thx for the hint.

You were going to spend $400 because the volume on your Passport's Spotify was low? Uhhhh?

Your sentence construction is confusing, are you talking about it working on your Passport or an iPad?

I believe it could be an Amazon App store issue.

I have Spotify loaded through Snap on my Passport and haven't had any problems.

I loaded it on my Q5 through Amazon App store, and am having low speaker volume.

Amazon apps seem to be more prone to glitches and are sometimes out of date. Your best bet would be to sideload Snap and load through there or just sideload individual APK's that are most up to date.

I just wanted to point out that the answer with the ipad is not helping at all and I'm not going to buy a new device just to listen to spotify. I was just trolling.

Since I can't get my amazon app store to download and install apps I think I can't compare the snap and the amazon versions

Ok the low volume bug seems to be a problem within all android apps. Does anybody know how to fix that?
