Ok folks, I love my passport, but something bugs me.

Once in a while, I notice that typing a message, or entering the password at the locked screen, just does not work. I mean, nothing appears when I type!

To solve the issue, I either swipe out of the screen, and get back to the screen, or I will lock and unlock it (using the top button), before I resume typing. Fixes the problem every time, but it's irritating.

Anyone else facing the same issue?

I have the same issue from time to time but it's definitely manageable compared to my first passport with the constant resetting. I do exactly what you do - just swipe out and go back into the app. Sometimes I just close the app and reopen it.

It happens to me pretty often! At least once every couple of hours.

Have u restored from a previous phone?? If you have, wipe it and see if your issue still occurs.

Remove any battery saving setting and advance interaction setting specialy if you are running the last leak OS. It will work better
