I am on US, tmobile, and my amazon purchased passport is still on 10.3.1. I've tried pulling the sim and checking for updates, checking with sim in, over cell only, over wifi only, and the phone never has an update availible for 10.3.2. :-(

Rather odd. Maybe try via Link?
Weird. Try Link (as suggested above) and then look into loading one of the various "leaked" os's available. Good luck!

It doesn't work via Link. Very frustrating. I guess i can start to learn about manually updating leaked builds. I was big into that when i was younger and really into android, but I dont really feel like dealing with that, especially when blackberry is releasing updates routinely.

I have not tried contacting blackberry yet. I guess it wouldn't hurt to send their support an email. I am guessing the response will be standard "its up to the carrier to release the OTA update", but we'll see
I'm on US T-Mobile also and have received every update so far.
T-Mobile has nothing to do with when or how to issue updates for unlocked Passports.

So, if carrier has no impact on when an update is rolled out, any thoughts on why mine thinks there is no update? When it goes to check for an update, where is it checking?
