    Got my passport just 7 days ago,but dead today.
    This afternoon(about 4:30 PM)I remember it has 14% battery left,but just 10 mins after that check,I find it can't turns on,I thought that was just runs out battery,So about 10 PM I get back home and change it,but there's no any sign for being charge,no led lights on,and It still can turns on,:crying It was so wired.I just dead like that without any sign.Please help me.

    Need help.

    Plug it in for about half-hour on a charger and then try pressing and holding the volume up and down buttons at the same time for about 15 seconds. If that does not work, try connecting it to a computer and see if it's even detected, and if yes, you may want to try to reload the OS. Other than that all I can say is good luck! A couple of other people reported just in the last day or so the same thing happening. One came back to life, the other didn't.

    Brooooo it's already been solved

    But I had to stack charge my PlayBook a couple of times and my Z10 once after botching an autoload and it losing its mind of the battery lol
