Some Glitches

I've now had my BlackBerry Passport for six days and I have been unable to put it down. I generally love it but there are minor issues that I am noticing now and I can see becoming more problematic:

- Swiping down on the keyboard will bring the alt/virtual keyboard. nut this function is not always responsive. I have to swipe several times sometimes.

- Navigating with they keyboard trackpad can be laggy and awkward. Also not super responsive at times, or, alternatively, overly sensitive.

- They number pad makes no sense. The zero key should be under the other numbers. Having it where it is next to the one is counterintuitive.

- Some apps are not opening or loading properly. Primarily Skype.

Those are my main issues for now. Anyone else have similar issues?

- My contacts don't always load when I draft an email.
