    Really hoping this one pops up on my carrier. Already complained they needed to up their game on supporting BB10 releases.

    Are you in the US or in Canada?

    I got my passport from Telus Canada on October 9th but haven't received any update notification so far.
    Do you know if updating the software from other sources than Telus would void the warranty?
