    Reload your OS... as the webpage it tells you to go to notes. Plenty of others have experienced this as well, might find some other options if a reload doesn't work - https://www.google.ca/search?q=bb10-...ackberry.com&* /

    It's more often than not caused by letting your battery run down too low and not charging. Or sometimes just an OS that has a corrupt charging routine.

    Leave your phone off and let her charge for 24 hours.

    Reload your OS via BlackBerry Link.

    Used to happen to my Leap. Doing this fixed it every single time.
