I see issues with cracked screen directly in the sun , Screens that goes black in the sun, etc. and it seems to me it's crazy, I'm with a dutch BlackBerry group were there are at least 20 Passports and nobody has any problems? I don't know why , but sometimes we don't take serious anymore.

whe see real problems and problems that are mostly for bashing, we see that also in the Netherlands. W

We have a webpage called tweakers.net and these guys blocking everything in the BlackBerry forum.

They block thing we discusse about Apple and also official leaks. In the Android forum these discussion or links are no problem. So lot of BlackBerry user leave the forum and start there own on BBM, Sad enough also articles that are positive are ending with some negative stuff. I have no clue why media is bashing or protecting Apple, but we have an idea. .

No issues with my red passport but I've only had it 3 days. 52 hours without charging and I still have 20% charge.. wow.

Got mine back in November and have had zero issues. People with problems won't post because there's nothing for them to post about, but I understand it's still nice and reassuring to see that the majority of people aren't having any troubles.

Got mine in October. No problems.
This is the best phone I ever had, but I also had absolutely no issues with my Z10 or Z30, either.

I still carry the Z30 for when I travel abroad, but the passport is much better. I use it instead of my laptop most of the time.
So it gets a lot heavier use than any of my previous phones.
I use it for work and entertainment. 12-16 hours a day, 7 days per week, since early October.
Dropped it 3-4 times. Sit on it while driving... no issues, no double typing, no bending.
Great mobile laptop and now even better with the enhanced touch keyboard functionality in 10.3.2. Wish they implemented that for Hub and docsToGo, too.

Smh at the people in this thread who sold their phones before these so called problems started. The percentages of you having the same problems are smaller than you think. It just seems blown out of proportion on a forum as such. Go to any specific phone forum (classic, iphone, HTC M9, etc.) and you'll see the same problems.

Almost nine months into using it I've had no issues beyond the flickering in 10.3.1 early builds. Very happy with the overall form factor and touch capacitive pkb and actions / shortcuts. Great device, here's hoping they continue to improve it in future versions.

Don't worry they have been paid by aple to make these negative threads. There are no issues with my passport, it's the best phone I've had period. The productivity alone, camera, battery, etc smashes it. It's a beast

I too have had zero issues with my ATT Passport that I bought off of Ebay. Over the past 6+ years that I've been rockin' BlackBerry's and reading BlackBerry blogs/sites, I realized early on that it only seems like there are a huge amount of issues......because people usually only post when they have issues. I've explored other sites for droids and iphones, and I've seen the the same things.

BlackBerryaholic by choice.
