It will be a different phone no doubt. What I like is the idea that I can be a tablet. I can read documents better without rotating. Emailing and messaging will be better. I actually am getting tired of the narrow screen. It's like I always want more when browsing. Frustrating. Wide is the way to go. No different to a wide screen computer monitor. Imaging if you had you desktop computer screen turned vertical can were forced to view websites in a 9:16 format. I can't stand turning the phone.

I can actually really relate to that. Not having to turn the phone constantly was something I really liked about my 9900, and the Q10 for that matter.

I'm aware that I can turn the Passport if I want so that I can use the keypad as a big vertical scroller, but I don't HAVE to. I like that.

I have no need for a phone where valuable screen real estate is replaced by a physical keyboard. I would take the Z30 over the passport any day of the week.

oh I can't wait to hold one, and if the feeling is right I'm buying one off contract and will either sell my Z10 or keep it as a backup. My previous device was a 9900 and I really miss the keyboard. I don't like the feel of the Q10's keyboard, can't wait for the passport!

I think my in between phone is getting shorter and shorter. 14 months between Z10 and Z30. And now probably 5 months between Z30 and Passport. BlackBerry better not have another phone in 3 to 6 months.

I bought my Z30 direct from BlackBerry and I'm looking to do the same with the Passport.

If by the grace of the lawd, AT&T actually carries the phone, I'm considering upgrading with AT&T to save on the cash up front. It really depends on what they decide to do with my plan *sigh*

At any rate, the Passport will definitely be my next phone with my Z30 as a backup.

Keeping my Z30 and buying the Passport tomorrow if it can be had here in the states. Will buy direct from BlackBerry as long as the AT&T LTE bands are supported fully. Doubt AT&T will sell it tomorrow but you never know. If they do I'll use my upgrade on it. Really looking forward to getting it and watching all the exciting BlackBerry news tomorrow.

Same here! Although I loved my BlackBerry Torch 2 with keyboard, I love the Z30 even more!
