Lots of people when the Passport was newer... they fixed the issue later on down the road. Yours, seemingly, just might be natural progression.

Yep, on more than one device.

You can ignore it, try to twist the chassis back, or try very carefully to glue it with superglue.

This has also happened to my Passport. What I did was put some superglue on the edge of a card (business card for example) and applied it to the edge of the display and held it for a few minutes.

That's should hold it but be careful not to use too much. Only a small spot of glue will do. Good luck.

I bought my Passport two years ago. I have dropped it on hard surfaces (from of between 0.6 to 1 metre) so many times that I lost count. No dents, no cracks, no dislodged parts, and no loss of performance. I never had such a well-engineered/built device.

oh man... I'm sorry for this! Hope you'll be able to fix this! As a new passport owner the comments in here got me scared a bit, but I do think it's very well built! I'll put it in a case and keep it in there for good!

Same here. I bought my Red Passport in 2015 and haven't had any problems with it.

To be honest, I haven't had any problems with any Blackberry that i've owned and i've bought them all used from Amazon.

Two Passports, a Z10, and a Classic. All run great.

This is a very easy fix please contact me privately (chat) and I will talk you through it. Do not use super glue, it can frost over the screen and worse.

It does and did happen. Find a book to put on the screen to make it back with some heat applied in advance.
