I just got all my HDMI connectors for my Project for my Z10 - now I see the Passport does not have an HDMI but only USB - so if I'm giving a presentation, can I present through the USB to the Projector? What I did like about my Z10 is that I could put power into through the USB and then connect the HDMI so my phone wouldn't run out of juice half way through a presentation.

Using a small SlimPort adapter, Yes you can. But an even more elegant way is to use Miracast wirelessly,.. Get a small Netgear PTV3000, it connects to the projector/tv and connects to your phone via WiFi,.. gives more freedom to walk and present...

Nope Z10 doesn't have miracast.

Q5, Z3, Z30 and passport are the bb10 devices with miracast.

I just discovered miracast on my wife's q10. She also has a Dell Venue pro with mira cast so perhaps I should get her an adaptor for our TV

Why did you do that? It wont work.
You need a slimport adapter,.. available from amazon, or directly from shopblackberry, or other sources.

Here is a small tip. If you go with the miracast, elegant as it may be, make sure you test it out for a while because it is notoriously fickle for screwing up!
