On a couple of occasions it has become unresponsive, or partly unresponsive. The other day I was playing a video in the browser. I could not press the back button at the bottom left of the screen -- instead it moved the playback slider to the start of the video. Yes, I am completely sure I was tapping the right part.

Twice I have had to hard reboot it because it has locked up. That's not too bad -- Android was way worse for me.

I have a problem with vol down,when I press vol down a screenshot is captures without press vol up and when I want down volumen the volumen doesn't down and a screenshot is captured.

The camera sometimes do photos itself when I open camera.

To me these are big errors.

Only problem I have(you may end up with similar results) is that I seem to be typing longer emails, longer instant messages and longer reviews. Everyone once in a while you will also end up using advanced formatting :
� formatting includes bullet points
� bold items
� italicized words
You will also end up with an occasional misspelled word.
I would recommend that if you need to stay compliant with instant message platforms and need to keep your emails short enough so that your boss can read em then you will need a more mainstream device like that pEAR pHONE or the one with the cute little robot

Wifi quality depends on OS version. Currently on 2339, and data service for internet is stronger and much faster than wifi. The rest is still pretty much phenomenal since I bought it in March 2015.

My only complaint is that I have very limited battery life. I am averaging 7 hours per charge. I Would consider myself a light to medium user.

I don't know how possible it is but I will probably have to replace this battery. Anyone out there replaced the battery? How expensive was it?

Do you have lots of Android apps installed? Maybe perform a clean install of the latest official OS, use it like that for a few days, see how the battery does...

Use device manager last 48 hours to check usage for a top few programs & change permissions for each to not run in background... lower brIghtness... shut off wifi & gps & NFC when not in use...

I tyically use the 'u' key to "unsleep" the Passport, instead of the swipe, which I've turned off. I notice, however, that 'u' doesn't work if the screen goes dark while in an app. I think it should work.

Keep in mind peeps a lot of the issues described here are software based and nothing to do with the Passport!

I have found the same issue since updating to 10.3.2.2226. It�s a real bummer and impacts my ClipMan app.
